Komitsu (“ Komitsu ” is a registered trademark of the Komitsu no Kai ), which enhances the quality of Kotoku (Apple varieties) made in Ishikawa Town, Aomori Prefecture, and can only be named as the one with the ultimate honey finish. There are individual differences, but if you cut it into round slices, it’s obvious! Plenty of honey.
Even if you don’t cut it, you can imagine the honey inside, and when you see it through with a strong lamp or the sun, the inside looks bright.

Research institutes have shown that Apples with honey contain a large amount of “ethyl esters,” which are aroma components, and enhance the flavour and taste of Apples.

Made in Aomori prefecture the genetic pool is made up of 16 parents and the Apple has up to 14/16 degrees of sugar content.

Komitsu Apples are said to have Kodama, a spirit that lives in a tree. The flesh of Komitsu is yellow with moderate acidity to sugar content and has a good balance. In texture reasonable hardness because some say due to Kodama, it is very easy to eat. Honey in the insides - it’s so sweet!
