Expect freshness for the quality of all our fruits with our strict quality control. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or in case due to any defect in fruit nature, we're here to help and just a communication away to make it right for you.
Returns
You have 1 calendar day (within 24 hours) to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
We are sorry that any return of goods sold made after 24 hours will not be entertained as the defect could be caused by the wrong way of storage, exposure to high temperature, handling issue etc.
Refunds
The returned goods/product will be checked with the original receipt together and the goods should be in the good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping packaging as received. If the goods/product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. GreenA Grove will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/product, member will receive their refund within 7-14 working days from the date of approval to your credit card (or original method of payment**), depending on your card issuer's policies or the amount shall be kept good as 'Fruits/Store Credit' for your next orders in the future.
**For order paid via Bank Transfer, according to the regulations of the bank, since our bank account is a business account, if this refund method is used, the customer needs to provide the details of bank name, bank account number, account owner name and IC number or DuitNow QR for refund.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless otherwise with special arrangement and agreement for exchange or make up of the same or equivalent goods/product provided that an original picture (clear image) was taken and updated to us immediately upon receiving your orders. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
