Delivery Fee**
For delivery within Klang Valley areas, shipping rate is applied according to Zones so do check your Postcode on our Website here by our trusted delivery partners unless the pick-up option is selected. Self/Local pick-up service is available at NO Charge within the time-slot set at our Centre-Point Collection in Gamuda Walk Mall, Kota Kemuning.
Get FREE SHIPPING upon purchases above RM150.00 per Order and per One Address/Single Location. For delivery to Sabah & Sarawak, the delivery fee will be determined by the weight of the package and the final destination. For international delivery*, the delivery fee will be based on the box dimension, weight and/or destination of the order, therefore the delivery fee may be varied from time to time.
*Currently we are only seling in Malaysia and to Singapore. If you reside outside of Malaysia and Singapore, and are interested in getting our products, you may drop us a message.

Delivery Schedule
You are responsible for paying the shipping and handling charges associated with each item according to the shipping service charged.
All orders received by www.greenagrove.com from our fresh menu of the week (Tuesday to Thursday) shall be processed and delivered the same week between Friday, Saturday or Sunday, and time to be updated by call or WhatsApp message prior to delivery depending on your orders and areas shipped to after payment received. Orders received by www.greenagrove.com for outbound should arrive according to the shipping service schedule.
Delivery will not be offered on any Public Holiday unless festive peak season and any request for special arrangement made. Delays in delivering your order might be incurred due to holidays, extreme bad weather or any type of natural disaster.
In the event of any unsuccessful delivery of the Product due to your absence in receiving the Products at the designated address agreed by you, or your failure to provide accurate or complete address or other details required for delivery, you agree that you shall bear the cost of any further deliveries of the Products to you and that the www.greenagrove.com shall give no refund to you for the Products or for the delivery charges thereto under the aforementioned circumstances
www.greenagrove.com will deliver to the shipping address that the customer specifies. However additional charges may apply if the package is redirected, an address is incomplete or a correction is required by courier service. www.greenagrove.com is not responsible for shipping charges for packages returned due to missing or wrong information.
