What is Yuzu?
This fruit resembles a small, yellow grapefruit or lemon, and packs the same mouth-puckering punch. Its flavour, light and bright, has been used in Asian cuisine for over 1,200 years.

4. KABOSU π: Kabosu ( γ«γγΉ or θζ©; Binomial name: Citrus sphaerocarpa) is a citrus fruit of an evergreen broad-leaf tree in the family Rutaceae. It is popular in Japan, where its juice is used to improve the taste of many dishes, especially cooked fish, sashimi, and hot pot dishes.

Another relative of Yuzu, Kabosu is a medium-sized fruit, and its plentiful juice and thick rind have a wonderful forest-like fragrance and woody flavour.
