By the taste and the looks, Sweet Apricot differ from its origins with ist crunchy eating and amazing sugar level (brix). A mature apricot would have a 28 brix level which is 2-3 times more then a mature watermelon . Also by the eye, Sweet Apricots can be differentiated with their looks.
